Sanjay is a seasoned technology consulting leader with experience in building technology practices as well as selling, leading, architecting and delivering enterprise scale projects in a variety of industries and domains.

He has more than 25 years hands-on experience as a professional manager with strengths in pre-sales, go to market strategies, business case and roadmap definition, business process re-engineering, solution architecture, business consulting and training for customers in India, US and Singapore.

Over the course of his career, Sanjay has played the role of a coach, mentor and trainer to small and large teams. He is an ICF-certified Life Coach and Career Transition Coach and has helped many mid-career individuals navigate their career journeys and build solid career plans with his ‘TT-5-4-3-2-1’ framework
